The 12th Annual Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, located at 361 Symphony Park Ave. The deadline to reserve vendor space is June 8.  For more information on this event, call Diane Pollard at (702) 596-9610.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will hold its Women's Recruitment Seminar on Saturday, June 16, from 10 a.m. to noon at police headquarters. Women who may be interested in a civilian or commissioned officer law enforcement career should attend. For details, click here.
