Las Vegas firefighters responded to a house fire at 7532 Fencerow St. (U.S.95/Durango) at 10:29 p.m. Friday.  On arrival, heavy flames and smoke were showing from the second floor of a two-story wood frame/stucco house.  It took firefighters only a few minutes to bring the fire under control.

The fire caused extensive damage to the entire second floor of the house, and light smoke and water on the first floor.  Damage was estimated at $75,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.  Three adults and three children live in the home, and all were home at the time of the fire.  No one was injured.
