Native American Heritage Festival On Nov. 1 At Floyd Lamb Park


Everyone is invited to enjoy the Native American Heritage Festival at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Native dances, songs and storytelling will be featured on the event stage, celebrating a variety of Native American cultures and traditions. Cultural demonstrations and make-it-and-take-it crafts also will be offered free of charge. Traditional native crafts and food items will be available for purchase. Admission to the park will be free during the event. The park is located at 9200 Tule Springs Road. The Arts & Community Events Division of the city of Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services will present the festival in association with the Las Vegas Indian Center.
