          Invoice FAQ's

Invoices from the City of Las Vegas Accounts Receivable department are unable to be paid online at this time.   Your available options are to: 1) mail in a check, 2) pay in person or 3) fax a credit card payment form.

  1. Pay by check or money order
    - Mail a check or money order payable to the City of Las Vegas to 495 S. Main Street, 4th floor, Las Vegas, NV 89101
    - Write the Invoice number on the check or money order
    - Do not send cash

  2. Pay in person
    - Go to 495 S. Main St., 4th floor, Las Vegas, NV 89101 - Lobby hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., closed Fridays.
    - Accepted forms of payment: cash, money order, checks (that meet certain requirements), Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit or debit card

  3. Pay with a credit card
    - Print the credit card form
    - Fill out completely (incomplete forms may prevent the payment from being processed)
    - Fax to the number shown on the form.
