Code Enforcement Division

The purpose of the Code Enforcement Division is to promote, develop and support safe, healthy neighborhoods through partnerships, education and compliance.

The Code Enforcement Division ensures compliance with the City’s codes and ordinances relating to:

Dangerous Buildings
Garage Sales
High Vegetation
Minimum Housing Standards
Obstruction of Streets/Sidewalks
Polluted or Unsecured Pools
Residential Vehicle Parking & Storage
Wrecked or Junk Vehicles
Garbage Cans
Illegal or Non-Permitted Signage
Non-Permitted Structures
Outside Storage
Refuse & Waste
Substandard Housing
Zoning Issues
