East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center This 40,500-square-foot facility, designed to reflect the Latino heritage of the surrounding area, is shared by the Arts & Community Events Division and the Senior Citizen Programs Division. The center, located on the southeast corner of Eastern and Stewart Avenue, was constructed on the site of Las Vegas’ former armory.
